Do you want to exhibit at the 8ECM?

We are still accepting inquiries from publishers and organizations that would like to exhibit their products and services at the 8th European Congress of Mathematics. 

You will have the opportunity to present your products and services online, on the official 8ECM webpage (https://8ecm.eu/) during the week of the 8ECM.

The Basic Exhibitor package includes:

• An exhibitor landing page within the 8ECM page, accessible right from this page. It will include the content of your choice, like photos, videos, PDF uploads, with possible re-directions to your website, so you can offer your visitors the best deals during the 8ECM!
• You want to hold a Q&A session during the 8ECM? we will provide you with the Zoom Meeting option embedded on the exhibitor landing page. You determine the schedule of your availability for meetings, we provide the service.
• Logo on the 8ECM webpage
• Social media exposure (1 post before the 8ECM and 1 post during the 8ECM on the 8ECM Social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• 30 second "pre-roll video", promoting the “8ECM Exhibitor’s hall” 
• 1 Passive Full e-participation (submission of an abstract is not included in this option).

Additionally, we can offer:

• A one-hour slot in the programme for "Editorial webinar", virtual "Meet the editor" session, and similar topics.
• A feature in a special issue of the 8ECM newsletter sent out to all 8ECM participants (content provided by you).
