Plenary, Invited and dedicated speakers, as well as EMS Prize winners and MS Keynote speakers, are invited to submit their manuscripts.  The new deadline for submissions is 30 September 2021. 

For editing the papers, templates are provided by the EMS Press and are available in PDF and TEX format.
