On 1 December 2016, the organising committee met for the third time. University of Primorska was again the host of the meeting. 

During the meeting a general progress in organisation was discussed. Members of the organising committee also appointed two subcommittes: 

• Sub-committee for equal opportunities, chaired by Karin Cvetko Vah (read about it here)
• Local programme sub-committee, chaired by Dragan Marušič

Additionally, organising committee approved the logo of the congress:
