Additional registration options for attending the 8ECM

Available now!

One of the innovations at the 8ECM next year is an online streaming format, with the possibility for full and active E-participation, besides the regular format of the conference. Reduced registration fees for different options of E-participation are available, including Active Full E-participation, Passive Full E-participation and Passive E-participation for main talks.

Active Full E-participation includes all 8ECM events, such as Plenary talks, Invited talks, Prize talks, Hirzebruch lecture, Public Lectures, passive Panel Discussions, and an online chess tournament, as well as minisymposia sessions and special sessions.  Most importantly, it includes participation with a contribution (oral or poster) at a minisymposium/special session.

Passive Full E-participation includes all lectures, minisymposia sessions, special sessions, and an online Chess tournament. It does not include a contribution (oral or poster).

Passive E-participation includes Plenary talks, Invited talks, Prize talks, Hirzebruch lecture, Public Lectures, Passive Panel Discussions, and an online Chess tournament. It does not include a contribution (oral or poster) and minisymposium/special sessions.

If you are a registered participant, you can switch to another registration type from your personal registration platform on the 8ECM website. You will find the option “Change registration Type” at the top right corner under the section “Registration & Payment information”. Important: Please read our Cancellation policy before confirming any changes to your registration.

All new participants will find the option to choose a registration type in the beginning of the second part in the registration form.
